Kunzite
Kunzite is a rare but popular crystal. It is unique in that, although it is fairly hard (4.5-6), it is brittle and breaks or chips easily. Kunzite ranges from a very light pink to a deep purple. Part of this crystal's uniqueness is visual: if you look at it along one axis, it appears colorless, while along another, it shows a brilliance of color. Because Kunzite is in the pink-violet range, it is an excellent crystal for working with the calming and healing emotional aspects. Additionally, Kunzite is nicknamed "the children's stone" because it has the ability to help enable one to perceive the world as a child does. This means a true perception of realityunbiased, uncorrupted by parents or society and unencumbered by narrow-minded attitudes. In my opinion, Kunzite is just now coming into its own.

Ask the Crystal Man
What is a blank crystal?
A blank crystal is exactly that, blankthe energies are random because they have not been programmed for a specific purpose. In other words, they are in a static, or blank, state.
What is the significance of a right or left handed crystal?
Right-handed crystals are considered to be male or masculine said to be best for protection or barriers. Left handed, or feminine, crystals are said to be better for healing. In my personal studies, I have found that both crystals work equally well in either application.
What do transmitter crystals do?
These are used most often for astral projection, telepathic communication and past life regression. Also, the very large ones can be used as generators (external energy sources). Caution: these crystals should not be used without training.
